Hi, wow I love all your ideas!
I'm not teacher as such I'm an early years carer and look after 14 kiddos from 7 months all the way up to 10 years of age ( not all at the same time and not the same child each day, almost like a day care centre from my home, in the UK they call us childminders). You have got some amazing ideas, however how do you stay focused and passionate about your job? I'm coming up to the 10 year mark and not a lot of my kiddos families show thanks or appreciation for all the hard work I do and it often gets me down and begin to question why?
I personally LOVE the memory book which I shall be implementing in future
