I have watched your videos and have the basics down of how to change screen size, launch recorder, and record, etc. What I’m not understanding is where to pull the information from…for example, I have taken a picture of each page of my read aloud book. Do I separately open up each page and then read it? Won’t the mouse show in the video? I’m computer savvy so it won’t take long if you can help me. I remember you saying that! Thank you for the reply. I need to make myself a cheat sheet! Do parents have to have a screencast log in? One of my parents says she can’t view it.

Also, have you ever used an ipad as a document camera but to display on your computer. I would like to screencast with the document camera (ipad).

I am a newbie to this! I am super nervous to have to film myself. I am teaching a new grade level this year and feel like a brand new teacher all over again. I am fine when it is just me and my kids in the classroom, but when I think of how parents may view this, it makes me SOOOOOO nervous. I am afraid of looking and sounding like a complete idiot. How do you stay so calm?
