I’ve got a few last minute Christmas gift ideas for my students. This time of the year is super busy, so I’m all about low-to-no-prep. I’ve got a cute art project and gift tag for you.
Christmas gift for parents
This tree is adorable. Last year, we put these in frames and sent them home as family gifts. All you have to do is print out the free template. Then, cut out strips of paper. I like bright, Astrobrite paper. Students glue the strips of paper onto the tree. Once all the paper has been glued on, flip the tree over and trim the excess paper. Students tore tiny pieces of yellow paper for the star.
Christmas Gift for volunteers
In the past, I’ve always done these yummy mason jar snacks for parents. But this year, I have too much going on to run to the store and get the ingredients to throw together. I’m trying to do things this month that make my life easier. So, this is when my awesome coworker comes in. He has an awesome neighbor who makes these succulents. He even throws in a cute Christmas decoration (not pictured). The best part, it only cost 2.50 per plant, which really helps out when you have ten parent volunteers. I made this cute tag to attach (free). How easy is that?!?!
