VIP Supply Caddy in your Classroom

Are you looking for a classroom management strategy that's easy to use?  I've got a VIP Supply Caddy that any student would love!  We've got 25 days left and I'm pulling out all of the stops to ensure that my little guys are doing their best to be on task, respectful, and responsible.

What is a V.I.P. Supply Caddy?

As a result of some of my classroom management strategies losing their newness, I came up with a caddy for one of my Super Scholars.  A VIP Supply Caddy is a little caddy full of new, shiny, materials.  It's full of brand new, fancy mechanical pencils, fresh crayons, their very own white board eraser, gel pens with sparkles, oh my!   Here are some of our class favorites.  These include Amazon Affiliate links where I'm compensated a small fee for sharing the items with you.

How to Use a VIP Supply Caddy

I basically told my kids that I'm looking for someone who has shown respect, responsibility, and has been ready to learn the entire day.  That lucky friend will get the supply caddy on their desk for the ENTIRE next day.  Or, you can let your students know that you are watching one person for the day.  If they are on task (or whatever you're looking for), you'll reveal their name and they get the supplies the next day.  If they weren't on task, you don't reveal the name and you tell your kids that you'll be looking for a new student tomorrow to receive the VIP Supply Caddy.

What are the Rules?

“Can they share it with a friend?” they asked.  No.
“Can they share it with the whole table?” they asked.  No.
“Can they let me touch the supplies?” they asked. No.
